(Request from Alpha Tau Omega National HQ) THM 2.53 Changes: Fixed obscure bug would not allow user to log into THM if the name used for pledges (ie New Member, Assos Member, etc) was changed after a budget had been entered. THM 2.5.2 Changes: Fixed bug that would allow Data user to access Admin functionality. Corrected intermittant bug with email addresses not updating correctly. THMv2.51 Changes: Fixed problem with Cancel button not closing Budget Entry Window Fixed problem when cancelling from Account user mode, program would disable all menus and program would become unusable. Fixed bug when editting Budget Items amount, Budget would lose track of items for Budget vs Actual report. Increased header text areas for Budget vs Actual Reports. THMv2.5 Changes: Added choice of printing Promissory Notes when printing statements. The note details member's name, account status, # of payments, and legal remedies should the member default. Also includes areas for signatures of member and parents. Added ability to add committees and members to committees Added new login (user name of "account" with no password) which allows members to view their own account info without changing any sensitive information. Added Budgeted vs Actual Detail Expense report. This will give you the ability to see what checks have been written against which budget items. i.e. ability to see what checks have been written against the Rush or Social budget items and see how much money is still available for that budget item. Added ability to make member temp inactive so that the member will be billed in the current term. i.e. member takes a semester abroad and will be back next semester. Added ability to export a budget in either Microsoft Excel text format or HTML format readable by any web browser. Allows for a simple way to send budget info to HQ via an email enclosure. Added a set fee for making payments to the chapter entry screens. This allows the treasurer to automatically charge members an extra fee for those members that wish to make payments. Can be charged based on a flat dollar amount, ie $100 extra for payments, a dollar amount per payment, ie $40 per payment, a flat percentage of dues fees, ie 5% of dues (in house, out of house, or pledge) or a percentage of dues per payment, ie 2% per payment or 4% for 2 payments and 10% for 5 payments. Payment fees are automatically added when you change a member from 1 payment to multiple payments and automatically removed when going from multiple payments to 1 payment. THMv2.1.5 Changes: Fixed bug that saved new budget even though cancelled Fixed bug that kept members that graduated as In-House Fixed bug that kept users from entering a new Alumni school if one that began with a chapter that already existed (ie, Beta could not be entered if Beta Tau existed) Added correction routines to delete budgets that have no Term assigned to it Fixed obsure registration bug THMv2.1.4 Changes: Fixed bug not allowing deletion of budgets in Windows version Fixed bug that asked already register users to re-enter certain info Fixed bug that created duplicate categories when upgrading to new version Added correction routines to fix duplicate categories problem Fixed bug did not correctly track deposits when viewed in Budget vs Actual report Added code to prevent certain flashing windows at startup THMv2.1.3 Changes: Fixed bug when changing text in some fields, an error message would appear even though no error really occurred. Fixed bug when adding new charge types, the type would add an "@" to the end of it. THMv2.1.2 Changes: Fixed combobox list bug in when adding or editing charges or payments from either the View Statements window or the Member Account Info window. New in 2.1. THMv2.1.1 Changes: Fixed bug in totals on the Receivables Reports. THMv2.1 Changes: Added ability to set and charge interest on member accounts. Added ability to enter and track rushees and easily transfer to members. Added ability to enter and track meeting minutes.
