Ready-Made Reports


There are several commonly-used reports that are available to you from the Reports button on the launching pad. Below are the simple instructions for generating these reports as well as examples of what is produced.

Phone List

To print a phone list for your chapter, select Phone List from the Reports pop-up menu on the launching station.

Budgeted vs. Actual Report

You can view how close your chapter is to its budget using this report.

1. Select Budgeted vs. Actual from the Reports pop-up menu.
2. Select the appropriate chapter and budget from the window shown below.


3. Click on Print to open the print menu.

The next window will be your print menu, which will vary according to the type of printer you have. If you need help with this window, please consult your printer manual.

Receivables Report

You can get a detailed report on what your chapter can expect to collect by generating a receivables report.

1. Select the type of receivables report you would like from the Report button on the launching station.
2. If you are printing an alumni or a current receivables report, The House Manager will ask you if you would like to include members with a zero dollar balance. Click on the Yes or No button according to your preference.
3. The next window will be your print menu, which will vary according to the type of printer you have. If you need help with this window, please consult your printer manual.

Actives, Alumni and Pledges Lists

You may want to have a list of certain portions of your membership. Simply select the membership list of your choice from the Reports button on the launching station.

Labels

For the times that you would like to send mailings to your membership, The House Manager will automatically generate labels for you. You can even choose which portion of your membership as well as the type of address. For example, you may want to send a mailing to the active membership at their permanent addresses during the summer months. Here's how:

1. Select Labels from the Reports button on the launching station.
2. Select the type of membership for which you want labels printed from the window displayed below and then click OK:


3. Select the type of address you want printed from the window that opens next and then click OK.
4. The next window will be your print menu, which will vary according to the type of printer you have. If you need help with this window, please consult your printer manual.
